Applying two decades of clinical outcomes measurement to the data that never reaches the clinic.

• Independent research project testing whether eCOA, ePRO and IRT methodology from regulated trials holds up in routine chronic-condition care.
• Designed and built InBetween, a working prototype: structured between-visit patient check-ins that give clinicians longitudinal data instead of twelve minutes of recall. HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, clinician enrollment flow, patient check-in experience.
• Prototype in a limited clinician pilot, exploring how clinical-trial outcomes methodology can inform routine care.

• Held P&L responsibility, including revenue and cost accountability.
• Owned portfolio alignment, investment priorities and resource allocation across the R&D clinical-data portfolio.

• Led the KPInsight COVID-19 data analytics team and the big-data strategy and platform modernization needed for pandemic-driven data growth.

• Directed commercial-printing product-line qualification, connecting engineering readiness with customer acceptance and revenue-recognition criteria.
• Designed and executed QA plans from prototype construction through customer installations.

• Coached and mentored engineers and new program managers across the Barcelona and San Diego sites.
• Project-managed development of the HP Latex large-format printer in conformance with the company PMO.
